GLAMUR


GLAMUR (Global and Local food chain Assessment: a MUltidimensional performance-based approach is a EU 7th Framework Programme funded research project. It has been led by Wageningen University with AAU as one of the European partners. The project started on 1st February 2013 and has been presented at a conference in February 2016 to mark the completion of the program. The overall objective of the project was to integrate advancement in scientific knowledge about the impact of food chains with the application of knowledge about practice, in order to increase the sustainability of food chains through the development of both public policies and private strategies. Professor Bent Egberg Mikkelsen participated in the development of the protocol and has been a member of the Expert Committee during the progression of the project.
