Top researchers from Denmark, China and the US meets for Food&Devices summit

The week is made up of 4 activities; A trainingsschool of 4 days (Mon-Thur), an excursion CPH-OSL to Rikshospitalet (mon evening Wednesday morning) and an open one day seminar on Friday

The trainingschool (august 24-27) has 2 days of lecturing (Monday and Thursday) and 2 days of living lab activities (Tuesday & Wednesday). It has 2 tracks: one focusing on hospital settings and one on other settings (home, school, community). The living lab activities consists of work at campus (other settings) or work at the DIMSi Herlev (Danish Institute for Medical Simulation) for the hospital track. The DIMSi provides a look alike hospital ward with beds. The course are offered these facilities on Tuesday (and Wednesday if needed).

The conference Cruise to Oslo are working meetings and an excursion round trip on the Oslo ferry and includes 2meetings on the ferry and a tour to Rikshospitalet. The cruise depart monday evening and arrives back in CPH Wednesday morning.

The Excursion in Copenhagen is on Wednesday and includes at visit to Bystævneparken, Husum, a foodscape Walkabout to kitchen and ward as well as a mini workshop: ”Intelligent solutions for Nutritional care. Presentations from Vision People, (Tachita, Anova), Syscore and Obrigado. Host is Chief Catering Manager Karin Bredgård. 1245.
