Technology and research infrastructures were important topics discussed at the Joint EuroFIR/Metrofoods/Richfields Food Metrology Workshop on Food Composition and Intake held as a Satellite event to the 12 International Food Data Conference and International Congress of Nutrition, Buenos Aires, Argentina. Bent Egberg Mikkelsen & Sophie Hieke presented a paper on Digital devices & smart technologies – a case study of European behavioural food labs in the Richfields research infrastructure design study carried out as a part of the Richfields study on Digital devices & smart technologies –
