Technology and research infrastructures were important topics discussed at the Joint EuroFIR/Metrofoods/Richfields Food Metrology Workshop on Food Composition and Intake held as a Satellite event to the 12 International Food Data Conference and International Congress of Nutrition, Buenos Aires, Argentina.
