    The purpose of dVice4Food is to strengthen the interdisciplinary cooperation among research groups in Denmark, Brazil, USA and China engaged in the development of intelligent devices that can be used for behavioural, dietary assessment and consumer research studies.

    AAU Captive Foodscape Studies is not only doing research in Small devices for food. AAU is a part of the EU H2020 program on Big Food Data

  • FoodScapeLab

    In 2012 AAU developed a lab facility to study behavior and food choice. The Lab was planned by Bent Egberg Mikkelsen and his co-workers and both real and virtual food realities can be used for the food choice and behavioural nutrition experiments that is carried out in the lab.
