AAU Foodscape Lab studies & Multisensory Experience at Culture Night October 14.

Can a 3D Virtual Foodscape Game teach kids about good and healthy shopping? Can nudging and behavioral design make you eat more Fruit & Veggies? Can an intelligent DIMS tell what’s in my dinner? And by the way: who has hidden mealworms and grasshoppers in my cookie?

Come and get some answers when AAU Foodscape Lab studies & Multisensory Experience lab goes for a science packed night on the town at Culture Night October 14. We have put the best from Aalborg University’s two labs in the truck and cannot wait to show you some of our best experiments and mock-ups. We are hosted at the Ministry of Science & Education in Bredgade 40 in downtown Copenhagen. Hear about smart monitoring of food waste in and out of home eating, insects as a future low input vertical urban farming strategy, put on the 3D glasses and take the Virtual Foodscape Game tour and try out whether our new behavioral design nudges will make you eat more fruit & veggies. You will also be able to speak to some of our students at Integrated Food Studies and Mediology.
