The minister got a brief intro to AAU's work on ICT assisting the nutritional support for patients in hospitals using intelligent hard and software. Kwabena Ofei, Michal Dobroczynski and Bent Egberg Mikkelsen told an interested minister on working with Foodtura and FoodservinSPIRe and how hardware and software can play together and assist in the monitoring of intake and food waste. The Minister was particularly interested in hearing how AAU food research work on innovation with SME’s such as SysCore, Anova Data and IFAU and the challenges and potentials involved in this kind of cooperation.
