New AAU research give less food waste and improve the nutrition of the patients

Is it possible to improve patient nutrition and reduce food waste? According to new research from AAU it is possible. And in an intelligent way using ICT assistance. Kwabena Titi Ofei has just defended his thesis on the subject and been awarded the PhD degree at Aalborg University for his thesis " Food Waste in Hospital: Minimizing without Compromising Patient Food Intake Using the DIMS
